- DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
We always endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the goods have been dispatched. The courier (BPost/GLS/COLLISSIMO) will give you the package and ask you to sign for it. If you aren’t home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note (similar to a registered mail note) in your postbox, from which you can ask for a second delivery or collect the package yourself at your nearest post office. You can always specify delivery to an address other than your home address. Our courier usually delivers between 9am and 5pm. The table below gives you an overview of the shipping costs per country and the approximate delivery time. These estimated delivery times are merely an indication. They are not binding. Delay in delivery cannot constitute a motive for cancelling an order or claiming compensation, unless the delay was deliberate. Unless otherwise stated, transport and delivery costs are not included in the price of the product. Transport and delivery costs will be mentioned separately. In the exceptional circumstance that the expected delivery time has been exceeded, you can contact Sizable via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will endeavour to track the package for you. All our orders are treated with the utmost care and we pride ourselves that our products are delivered in good condition. Please note: we are not responsible for wrong delivery addresses and any additional costs involved will be charged. Orders placed and paid on a working day before 10pm, are shipped the same day!

- EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can exchange or return your purchase if you find it’s not as you expected – whether it’s too small, too large or damaged. Please notify us in writing (by e-mail to email@example.com) within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery. Please let us know if it’s an exchange or a return. State the order number and the reason for return (too big, too small, damaged, not as expected…). Exchanges or returns that we have not been notified about in advance via writing are NOT refundable! Send the piece unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all labels and tags. (Note: Underwear is not exchangeable for hygienic reasons). We will send you a new item (if the item is still in stock) or refund the returned item within 10 days after receipt of the purchase. Shipping costs made by us or by you are not refundable, so you receive the purchase price minus the amount for shipping costs. Returns should be sent to: Brain E-Log , Rue de Tubize 141, 1440 Braine-le-Château. The return shipping is at your own risk. We recommend using an insured delivery so that a signature is required upon delivery.
